When you are making a life change, you don’t just need a cheerleader. You need someone who knows how to work with the emotional, spiritual, and practical pieces of the process, and who can teach, guide, and mentor you in those areas.
You need someone who understands that you are a complex person, and has the background to deal with that complexity.
Hi, I’m Heidi Straube. I’ve had an interesting life. While I’ve done the traditional work to build the professional credentials and experience that are necessary in my profession, I’ve also led a life that has had some unusual zigs and zags in the road. The result is that I have a unique set of skills to offer you, and a solid ability to help you on your path to life change.
I believe that there is nothing more important or more satisfying than being true to yourself and living your life from your heart. And I know that this isn’t an easy thing to do. How do I know? Because I have taken the leap and made major changes in my life many times. And I continue to happily live what I teach.
You can see some examples of the leaps I have taken and the ways I have “walked my talk” by visiting my blog. You’ll find my spiritual traveler and life in Greece memoirs and photos, and be able to visit my photography site. Go to the articles section; you can read articles from my monthly column in a Houston magazine, and other articles of advice, reflection, and memoir that will help you in the process of living your life from the inside out. Also check out my current day to day thoughts as I write in my blog about my current life and ongoing discoveries.
All of my curiosity, risking, traveling, and learning has combined in a way that now enables me to offer you psychological insight, spiritual guidance and support, and grounded clarity and advice of how to function in the material world.
